An introductory journey through the Prana Vinyasa lineage, created by Shiva Rea. Prana Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. This class dives into an understanding of Prana, the universal energy of life. We will move through the five pathways of prana -the vayus. This rhythmic practice will move in mandala formation, around the entire mat, to deeply connect the hemispheres of our brain. Open to all levels, a variety of paths will be offered for every juncture of the class journey as we flow together.
